3. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed in INR (₹).

  • We reserve the right to modify prices at any time.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders must be paid in full at the time of delivery.

  • If a COD order is refused at delivery, we reserve the right to restrict future orders from the same customer.

4. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

  • We reserve the right to cancel any order due to:

    • Pricing errors

    • Stock unavailability

    • Suspicious or fraudulent activity

  • Orders once placed cannot be cancelled after dispatch.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Estimated delivery time is 3–4 business days (may vary by location).

  • Delays caused by courier partners, natural events, or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.

  • Customers must provide accurate shipping details. We are not responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect information.

6. Refund & Replacement

  • We follow a No Refund Policy.

  • Replacement is available only for damaged or defective products.

  • A proper unboxing video is mandatory to claim replacement.

  • Replacement requests must be made within 24 hours of delivery.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product.
