  • A 360° uninterrupted unboxing video is mandatory to request a replacement. This video must clearly show the package being opened and the product condition without any cuts or pauses.

  • Replacement requests are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

  • The product must be unused and in original condition with all packaging intact.

  • Once verified, we will try our best to provide a replacement with the same or equivalent model, subject to availability.

  • Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
