Refund & Replacement Policy

Valorian Watches

At Valorian Watches, we ensure every product is checked before dispatch. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

1. No Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds under any circumstances once the order is delivered.

All purchases are final.


2. Replacement Policy (Only for Damaged or Defective Products)

We offer replacement only, and strictly under the following conditions:

  • The product must be damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.

  • A clear unboxing video is mandatory.

  • The unboxing video must:

    • Start before opening the sealed package.

    • Clearly show the package condition.

    • Clearly show the issue with the product.

    • Be continuous and unedited.

Without a proper unboxing video, no replacement will be approved.


3. Replacement Request Timeline

  • You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Requests made after 24 hours will not be accepted.

Send your replacement request with:

  • Order number

  • Unboxing video

  • Clear photos of the issue

4. Non-Eligible Cases

Replacement will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Change of mind

  • Minor color differences due to lighting

  • Damage caused after use

  • Normal wear and tear

  • No unboxing video


5. Replacement Process

If approved:

  • The customer must return the product in original packaging.

  • After inspection, a replacement will be shipped within 3–5 business days.
