Valorian Watches

At Valorian Watches, we aim to deliver your order safely and on time. Please read our shipping terms carefully before placing an order.


1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • Once dispatched, customers will receive tracking details via SMS, WhatsApp, or email.


2. Delivery Time

  • Estimated delivery time: 3–4 business days.

  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location.

  • Delays caused by courier companies, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.


3. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available in selected serviceable areas.

  • Customers must ensure they are available to receive the order.

  • If a COD order is refused at delivery, we reserve the right to:

    • Block future COD orders from that customer.

    • Cancel any pending orders.

Repeated fake or refused orders may lead to permanent restrictions.


4. Address Accuracy

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

  • We are not responsible for delivery failure due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

  • If an order is returned due to incorrect address, re-shipping charges may apply.


5. Order Tracking

  • Tracking details will be provided once the order is shipped.

  • Customers are responsible for monitoring the tracking status and coordinating with the courier if necessary.


6. Damaged Packages

If you receive a damaged package:

  • Record a proper unboxing video before opening.

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Without an unboxing video, no claims will be accepted.
